MIDDLESBORO — Addiction has caused a lot of tragedy in the area, from drug addiction to alcoholism, and often, getting help can be difficult.That’s why the Bell County Drug Court is holding a resource fair today in the Middlesboro Mall, from 11- 3 p.m. Angie Dunn, Bell County’s Drug Court Case Specialist, thinks it will provide addicts and their families a way to find help....
